WELCOME TO THE MT VIC ENDURO 'n CHILL BROUGHT TO YOU BY GET LOST CYCLING
In 2021 we welcomed the return of racing to Mt Victoria with the inaugural Mt Vic Enduro. We had such a great time that we're doing it all again, only better!
Wellington is blessed with some of the world's best central city riding and Matairangi is the jewel in the crown. With everything from flowing berms and jumps through to roots and chutes there's something for everyone.
We wanted to showcase the hill and trails that we love, so take a deep breath, make yourself comfortable, and relax as you take on a (timed) tour of some of Wellington's finest!
RACE DATE : April 23rd
COURSE INFORMATION
4 race stages, + 1 non-mandatory bonus round
The compulsory stages will be a mixture of Hippy’s, V, A, TTS, Super D, Park Bench & Groms. If you manage to take the W at the bonus round, you will be crowned the unofficial King/Queen of Matairangi.
You will have four hours to complete all stages. No shuttles, no hand-ups, walking optional.
Stages can be done in any order, and may be repeated up to three times if you think you can improve your time - the fastest run will be taken. You must be back before cut-off time.
Bonus:
At the race village there will be some small challenges to keep everyone entertained between stages, while taking a break or once you are cooked. There will be prizes involved to keep things competitive.
For more information on the trails over Matairangi, visit Trailforks or the Facebook page for the Matairangi Trail Builders.
